We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. This diversity allows our team members to develop a wide range of skills and gain comprehensive retail and customer service experience within the specialty food industry.

The role is focused on providing outstanding guest service that reflects the core values and mission of The Fresh Market. As a team member, you will engage directly with guests to understand their needs and help them find the perfect meal solutions, thereby enhancing their shopping experience. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of products and promotional items throughout the store while assisting across departments to ensure guests receive attentive and knowledgeable service.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a hospitable shopping environment by effectively merchandising, stocking products, and specialty items throughout the day. Handling general housekeeping duties and assisting with parking lot maintenance by gathering shopping carts are also key parts of the role. Professionalism in appearance by adhering to uniform standards is essential to maintain the clean and welcoming image of the store.
