Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in professional bakery or culinary environment
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations efficiently
  • Experience preparing a variety of baked goods pastries and desserts
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts
  • Ability to follow and develop recipes accurately
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Must have ServSafe or county required certifications
  • Pass certification within 90 days of employment
  • Flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interview hire train schedule coach appraise and terminate bakery staff as required
  • Manage shifts and staff including daily decision making service quality production quality and cleanliness
  • Demonstrate and teach bakery techniques and recipe adherence daily
  • Adjust schedules based on business volume budget and staff skills
  • Direct production of consistent quality bakery products according to recipes and timelines
  • Maintain safe clean organized work environment and manage inventory and ordering pars
  • Communicate clearly with team and coordinate with other departments for effective production planning
