The company’s team member resource groups foster connection, support, and growth, emphasizing respect and collaboration in the workplace. Sprouts Farmers Market is devoted to inspiring healthier communities by promoting wellness and fresh food choices in an environment that feels like a traditional farmer's market but with the convenience and quality of a modern grocery store.

The Bakery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market plays a pivotal role within the bakery department, overseeing all aspects of bakery operations including production, quality control, inventory management, staff development, and financial performance. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage range of $18.55 to $27.75, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The manager is responsible for managing daily baking outputs, supervising the consistency and quality of baked goods such as cookies, bread, and muffins, ensuring safe food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards in the department. Beyond day-to-day baking management, the Bakery Manager leads a team by providing coaching and development, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment. The position demands strong communication skills, the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The manager also serves as a key carrier or manager on duty when needed, taking responsibility for critical decision-making and maintaining smooth store operations. Physical demands include standing for long periods, handling bakery equipment safely, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy working hands-on in a professional kitchen, and have a genuine passion for inspiring customers to make healthy dietary choices.

Working as a Bakery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market means joining a dynamic team that values growth, innovation, and wellness. Associating with one of the fastest-growing retailers in natural and organic foods, team members benefit from a comprehensive benefits program designed to support personal and professional wellbeing. Key perks include paid time off, sick leave, retirement plans with company match, discounted products, and flexible scheduling. Sprouts also offers unique programs like DailyPay, allowing employees to access earned wages before payday.
