The role of a Bakery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market is both dynamic and integral to the Bakery Department's overall success. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $19.50 to $29.15, depending on experience and qualifications. The Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bakery operations, ensuring high-quality product output and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing daily baking, production, and display of bakery items such as cookies, bread, and muffins using proven ingredients. This role involves supervising product quality, inventory management, and budget oversight to meet the company's standards.
