The company is currently hiring for its Store Management Team, a critical role ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. The Store Management Team members hold significant responsibilities, including leading all aspects of store operations such as customer service, cost management, and employee training. Their leadership directly impacts the store's business performance, ensuring sales profitability by maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency. This role involves preparing regular reports on sales performance, managing employee schedules, and overseeing inventory control by checking stock levels and ordering supplies. Maintaining high standards for quality control, hygiene, and health and safety protocols is essential for this role. Store managers also attend management and personnel meetings, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies. Flexibility is necessary as the role may require additional duties when store circumstances change.

Job Requirements

  • Associate/bachelor degree preferred
  • minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position
  • strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands
  • proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
  • excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
  • adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
  • available to work on weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
  • ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
  • prepare periodic report, to include sales control, employee scheduling, etc.
  • organize and supervise the employee shifts

  • check stock levels and order supplies and materials
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • additional duties at store when circumstances dictate
