The Store Management Team Members are entrusted with essential responsibilities such as driving business performance through leadership of their respective stores — from organizing employee shifts and supervising breaks to participating in management meetings and overseeing stock levels. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain strict standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

This is a hands-on position where store managers and associates must also be versatile, with the ability to cross-train in different departments including Bread, Cake, POS (Point of Sale), and Bar sectors. Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations at leadership level position
  • strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands
  • proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
  • excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
  • adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
  • available to work on weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
  • able to stand and walk continuously
  • capable of repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead
  • willingness to work in environments with extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers

Job Duties

  • take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
