Job Requirements
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology to manage bakery operations
- Commitment to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to deliver on business plans and contribute to club success
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Maintain knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and safety standards
- Train and equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve business decisions
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the bakery department
- Manage inventory, production, and merchandising according to company standards
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting respect, integrity, and teamwork
- Support associate career growth and sourcing of new talent
- Collaborate with management and other departments to meet business needs
- Demonstrate and uphold company policies, ethics, and compliance standards
- Lead work teams and support adaptation to change
