Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology to manage bakery operations
  • Commitment to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to deliver on business plans and contribute to club success
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs
  • Maintain knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and safety standards
  • Train and equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve business decisions
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the bakery department
  • Manage inventory, production, and merchandising according to company standards
