Job Requirements
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology to manage bakery operations
