- Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
- Maintaining a clean department
- Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
- Collaborating with team members to ensure department efficiency
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
