Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting
- Capability to mold fold and lift large sacks of flour sugar and other baking ingredients with a maximum weight of 50 pounds
- Ability to operate hot ovens and baking equipment safely
- Experience working in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferably in a commercial or retail setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread cakes cookies pastries pies and other specialty items

- Monitor ingredient inventory levels order supplies and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Clean and sanitize baking equipment workstations and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
