Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a bakery chef or similar baking role
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting
- Capability to mold, fold, and lift sacks of flour, sugar, and other baking elements weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to manage hot ovens and baking equipment safely
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
