- three to six months of related baking or food preparation experience

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products according to bakery manager's directions and production guide
- maintain product rotation to reduce shrink
- inspect and maintain quality and sanitation of bakery products in compliance with FDA and local health codes
- assist customers and suggest bakery items to establish repeat business
- control costs through portion control, pricing accuracy, and appropriate signage
- follow safety standards and report hazards
- implement FIFO rotation system including covering, labeling, and dating products
- assist in receiving, breaking down, and storing bakery deliveries while collaborating with team
