The cafe is currently opening a new location in Aurora, Colorado, and is seeking dedicated and talented Associates to join the team in both full-time and part-time capacities. This entry-level position offers a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $17.50 and requires weekend availability. New hires will undergo comprehensive training in the Los Angeles area lasting approximately six to eight weeks, with all travel, board, and transportation expenses covered.

The available roles are primarily back-of-house positions, including Bakers and Cake Decorators. Candidates should be eager to challenge themselves and grow rapidly within the 85C Bakery Cafe team. The responsibilities include decorating high-quality baked goods according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, and performing daily operations such as separating, filling, and baking products. Additionally, candidates will work closely with store management and team members to deliver excellent service and ensure sufficient production and quality of breads and other bakery items. Punctuality and adherence to company policies are mandatory. Moreover, store associates are encouraged to cross-train in other departments, including Bread, Cake, POS systems, and Bar, enhancing versatility and career development opportunities.

This role requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for nearly continuous periods, and exposure to varying temperature environments typical of coolers and freezers.
