The baker role involves a variety of essential duties that contribute to maintaining the quality and consistency of 85C's baked goods. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working in fast food or retail environments preferred
  • ability to organize and multitask effectively
  • good verbal English communication skills
  • strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • minimum age of 18

Job Qualifications

  • fast food or retail experience is preferred

  • acceptable verbal English communication skill
  • excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
  • enforce Health Department regulations and be ServSafe certified

Job Duties

  • Decorate quality 85C baked goods
  • maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking
  • teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service
  • provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85C standards and complete designated tasks perfectly
  • cross train in each department including bread, cake, POS, bar
  • be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
