The bakery team member role at BJ's Wholesale Club involves actively contributing to the bakery department by proofing and baking unfinished goods, packaging fresh bakery items, and maintaining quality and safety standards in compliance with company policies. This full-time position, with a salary range of $16.75 to $20.10 per hour, requires attention to detail and steady execution of baking production charts and product handling information.
