The Bakery Team Member plays a vital role within BJ's Wholesale Club by ensuring that bakery products are consistently proofed, baked, and displayed according to company standards. This role involves unpacking frozen bakery goods, following production charts to maintain appropriate stock levels, and decorating special orders.
