This job opening is for a part-time Baker role at Space 220. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of bakery products that meet the highest standards of freshness and quality. The successful candidate will ensure that all bakery items are ready and served in a timely manner, contributing directly to the seamless operation of the restaurant’s kitchen and the overall guest experience.   • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards
  • Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
  • Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
