Sanitation and safety are vital components of this position, as maintaining cleanliness in the cooler, freezer, preparation, and sales areas is crucial to meeting health guidelines and customer expectations. Strong communication skills are necessary for reporting any issues such as temperature breakdowns to supervisors and for making announcements regarding specials and promotions via the PA system. This position also involves performing occasional front-end duties to minimize wait times and enhance the guest experience.
