Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- minimum 6 months of baking experience preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Takes ownership and responsibility for all baked goods
- consistently restocks and cleans the workspace
- demonstrates safe and proper operation of knives and all kitchen equipment
- follows standardized recipes accurately and consistently
- troubleshoot any difficulties or challenges presented by current recipes
- works at a rapid and efficient pace to keep up with production needs
- maintains a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
- other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business
