Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Possess at least 1 year of prior relevant experience as a baker
  • Be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes following recipe and yield guides
  • Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
  • Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
  • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • Set up and break down work station
  • Regularly run for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
  • Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
