Wingstop is seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time leadership role with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, offering additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, retirement, and transportation. As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational success of multiple restaurant locations by working closely with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, and the Home Office team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing management, service, and production teams to maintain exceptional standards of service and operational excellence.

You will be instrumental in developing General Managers into effective leaders capable of nurturing their teams and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Key duties involve rigorous management of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with Wingstop’s procedures, policies, and food safety standards. Additionally, you will oversee new restaurant openings, ensuring seamless setup, training, and ongoing operational success. Given the role’s extensive scope, the District Manager is expected to travel extensively—around 80-90% of the time—primarily within designated regions such as Westchester and The Bronx. Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends is required to meet operational demands. The physical nature of the job includes spending prolonged periods sitting or standing, working in restaurant and kitchen environments with moderate to loud noise and temperature variations, and performing manual tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
