Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be physically able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must meet minimum age requirements
- Ability to adhere to uniform standards
- Must be responsible and dependable
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills including online training
- Basic math skills to count money and make change
- Ability to learn and operate standard restaurant equipment
- Passion for learning and teamwork
- Strong communication and guest service skills
Job Duties
- Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
- Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests
- Follow the communication guidelines established in your store
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback and show passion for learning
- Hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
- Prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment including stocking and cleaning guest areas and restrooms
