We are currently seeking an experienced baker and decorator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for baking, creativity in decorating, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. The position requires a self-starting individual who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere. The baker and decorator will be responsible for early morning baking and opening tasks, frosting and decorating cakes, daily pastry production, and fulfilling orders with precision and efficiency. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen is also a critical part of this role to ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.

The role is offered as a full-time or part-time position, with an expected 30 to 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 depending on experience, plus shared tips.
