The Bakery/Packager position at Sam's Club is a vital role within the Bakery department that directly impacts member satisfaction by ensuring fresh, high-quality baked goods are available daily. This position involves preparing baked items based on precise recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise properly to maintain product integrity and freshness. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Associates in this position are responsible for creating a welcoming shopping environment by interacting positively with members, answering questions, and assisting with their bakery needs. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $27.00, with potential performance-based incentives and various premiums based on schedule or specific work performed.
