Job Duties

  • Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and make-up instructions
  • wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
  • comply with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and answer questions
  • maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
