Job Duties
- Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- comply with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- assist members with purchasing decisions and answer questions
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
