Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

- experience in bakery production or food service preferred
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- proficiency in using digital tools and handheld technology
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
- operate baking equipment and follow recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with bakery orders and answering questions
- utilize handheld technology to support production, ordering, training, and quality control
- collaborate with team members to meet business needs and maintain flexibility to work in other areas as required
