Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed timelines
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods

- able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- good physical stamina
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation roles helpful but not required
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow detailed recipes and safety procedures
- proficiency in using handheld technology and digital tools for inventory and production management
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and multitask effectively
Job Duties
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- wrap, label, and store bakery products according to company policies
- maintain compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operate, maintain and sanitize baking equipment
- provide excellent customer service by assisting members with bakery orders and questions
- maintain a clean and organized work area ready for members
