Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
utilizes handheld technology for production, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control
maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
complies with company policies, ethics, and operational procedures
manages quality and date control standards for bakery items
eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
executes high-quality standards and demonstrates energy and commitment in work
completes tasks by identifying priorities, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback
