This full-time, onsite Baker position is located in Perkinston, Mississippi, and is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to join the Elior Collegiate Dining team. The role primarily involves preparing a wide range of high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and other delicious items that contribute to the vibrant campus dining experience. Bakers at Elior Collegiate Dining are expected to follow detailed recipes to ensure consistency and quality, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, and efficiently manage ingredient inventory and ordering to support smooth daily operations.

Beyond baking, this role requires a hands-on approach to kitchen maintenance and food safety, including the proper handling of equipment and adherence to sanitation procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a variety of kitchen tools and have basic math skills to manage inventory effectively. Experience in baking within retail or similar environments is welcomed but not mandatory.

The compensation for this position is $12 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package tailored to full-time employees.
