We are currently seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team at our Lakewood, Colorado location. This role is vital to our operations because a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it, and our Bakers are the heart and soul of our bakeries. Starting as early as 3 AM, Baker team members start the day by prepping our beloved bagels and pastries, ensuring that each item meets our high-quality standards. Bakers are responsible for keeping the bakery well-stocked with fresh products on every shift, maintain a clean and safe environment, and work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service. This includes helping with order taking, sandwich making, and addressing guest needs. We pride ourselves on the quality and presentation of our food and beverages, and Bakers play a crucial role in maintaining these standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to work early hours starting as early as 3 AM, and flexible with varied shifts which may include weekends. A valid state driver’s license may be required for specific locations, and applicants must be able to pass a background check consistent with local, state, and federal regulations. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout the shift.
