Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule
- Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
- Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
- Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency
- Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station
- Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness
- Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets
- Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager
- Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals
- Help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed
