Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license required at specific locations and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior baking or food service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work early morning hours and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare kettle-cooked bagels starting as early as 3 AM
- Stock bagel walls and pastry cases to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store
- Provide excellent guest service as part of a team
- Support store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Uphold quality control to maintain product consistency
