- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools
- Must be able to work well both independently and with a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills are required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake various desserts, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep the bakery clean and organized
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked
- Decorate and package finished products for sale, ensuring proper presentation
- Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service
- Engage enthusiastically with guests, answer any questions they may have, and conduct purchase transactions quickly and accurately
