As a respected entity, San Manuel offers a range of opportunities in various departments, including hospitality and culinary arts, emphasizing professional development and comprehensive employee support.

Within this esteemed organization, the Bakery department plays a critical role in delivering high-quality baked goods and pastries that meet exacting standards of taste and presentation. The Baker position is based under the guidance of the Assistant Pastry Chef and is vital to the daily operation of the Bakery. The role may also include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as travel to attend meetings, trade shows, or conferences associated with the business.
