Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable by law
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
- capable of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible with schedule demands
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong team collaboration skills
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills for measurement and inventory
- prior customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries as per company recipes and standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case with fresh products
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and surrounding areas
- work collaboratively as part of a team
- ensure quality control and adherence to food safety regulations
- manage early morning bakery operations efficiently
