Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience is an advantage but not required
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- prepare and bake bagels in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
