Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a bakery or similar setting
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift moderate weights

Experience in baking and pastry preparation
Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques

Job Duties

Measure, weigh, and prep recipe ingredients
Knead, roll, cut, and prep dough
Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prep toppings
Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools
Operate slicing, cutting, and wrapping equipment
Order and receive supplies and materials
