Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or pastry arts preferred
Ability to handle multiple baking tasks simultaneously
Must be able to take inventory and manage bakery orders
Must be able to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Flexible availability for full-time or part-time work

Job Duties

Handle the overall daily production of all cakes, pastries, and baked goods for the Alley Restaurant
Handle daily responsibilities and duties assigned by Head Baker and/or Restaurant Manager
Take order and inventory ingredients of all bakery products
Plate and package desserts for the restaurant and for display
