The role available is for a Backwaiter, a critical team member responsible for supporting restaurant operations by ensuring efficient and courteous service to guests. This position is available on both full-time and part-time hourly basis with pay starting at $10.98 per hour plus tips, with salaries varying based on experience. As a Backwaiter, the individual will be instrumental in delivering food promptly, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations. In this role, Backwaiters are expected to work alongside servers, cooks, and managers to create a seamless dining experience, making sure each guest's requests are met with a positive and professional attitude. Team members have the opportunity to engage in beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when applicable, providing a well-rounded food service experience.
