As a Back Waiter, you will be entrusted with carrying and serving orders to tables, assisting the kitchen staff by expediting orders, assembling and garnishing dishes, and ensuring the quality and visual appeal of every plate arriving at the dining room. Your duties will also include removing used dishes, replenishing stations with necessary supplies such as coffee, tea, utensils, and condiments, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.
