The Back Server / Busser plays a fundamental role in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area to ensure a seamless guest experience. Effective communication with servers, hosts, and guests is pivotal to ensure orders are smoothly processed and customers receive outstanding service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Positive attitude and strong team player
Job Qualifications
- Someone with the spirit of Italian hospitality who enjoys giving great service

Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths and floor
- Reset and arrange tables quickly for the next guests
- Communicate with guests, servers, and hosts to ensure excellent service
- Thank guests as they are leaving
- Fill in as needed to support efficient restaurant operation
