Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Enjoys providing great service with the spirit of Italian hospitality
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths and floors
- Reset and arrange tables efficiently to prepare for next guests
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers and hostesses to ensure excellent service
- Thank guests as they are leaving to enhance guest experience
- Assist in various restaurant functions to support smooth and efficient operations
