The role available is for Back Servers/Bussers. This position is crucial to the seamless operation of the restaurant and plays a significant role in ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience. Back Servers/Bussers are responsible primarily for maintaining cleanliness in the dining area by clearing and cleaning tables, dishware, chairs, booths, and floors after guests leave. They reset tables promptly to accommodate new guests while ensuring the restaurant remains welcoming and ready. Communication is key in this role, as bussers coordinate with servers, hosts, and guests to guarantee everyone's needs are met efficiently. Additionally, this position involves thanking guests as they depart, providing friendly and warm customer service that reflects Italian hospitality at its best.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior restaurant experience is an advantage
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths and floor
