Founded in 1998, Fox Restaurant Concepts is renowned for its innovative and evolving portfolio of restaurant brands, including prominent names like The Cheesecake Factory and North Italia. Currently, The Henry is seeking to hire Back Servers on an immediate basis. This is a part-time opportunity paying $12.15 per hour plus tips, with flexible schedules to accommodate diverse lifestyles. Employees working 25 or more hours weekly are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The role of Back Server is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that The Henry is known for. Back Servers are responsible for supporting the front-of-house staff by ensuring the dining area remains immaculate and inviting. This involves clearing and cleansing tables, chairs, booths, and floors swiftly to prepare for incoming guests. The role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a dynamic, team-oriented personality. They must be able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handling on-the-fly requests and coordinating smoothly with servers, hosts, and management. Availability to work weekends and some holidays is essential, as is flexibility to fill in for other roles when necessary to guarantee seamless restaurant operations.

Job Duties

  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • Clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors
  • Reset tables quickly for the next guests
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Communicate with guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service
  • Be available to work weekends, some holidays, and fill in as needed
