The role of a Crew Member at Pizza Ranch is integral to the smooth and successful operation of their restaurants. Pizza Ranch offers positions in both Front of the House (Dining Room) and Back of the House (Kitchen) areas, with responsibilities tailored accordingly. Front of the House Crew Members engage in guest hospitality, safety, buffet coordination and maintenance, point of sale operations, dining room cleanliness, guest relations, transactions, and phone duties. Back of the House Crew Members focus on food preparation and safety, processing orders, pizza and chicken preparation, dishroom order and cleanliness, and coordinating 'Out the Door' orders. Each position involves activities crucial to maintaining the quality and service standards that define Pizza Ranch. The exact role assignment will be determined after the interview process.

This position requires physical stamina and mobility, as crew members must be able to stand for extended periods, perform bending, reaching, stooping, lifting (up to 40 pounds), wiping, sweeping, and mopping. A strong commitment to providing legendary guest service and the ability to interact positively with team members and guests are essential. While prior restaurant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to join a dynamic team in the hospitality industry.
