Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience in kitchen or back-of-house management
- Strong understanding of prep grill expo and quality control
- Experience with inventory ordering and cost control
- Proficiency in microsoft office and pos inventory systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Lead daily back-of-house operations ensuring food safety quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean safe and efficient kitchen environment
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure speed accuracy and consistency
- Conduct line checks and pre-shift meetings to align team expectations
- Manage inventory food costs and supply ordering
- Train and cross-train team members to build a versatile crew
- Foster a culture of urgency accountability and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and allergy protocols
- Hire train and manage kitchen staff in accordance with company policies
