Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in kitchen or back-of-house management
  • Strong understanding of prep grill expo and quality control
  • Experience with inventory ordering and cost control
  • Proficiency in microsoft office and pos inventory systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Lead daily back-of-house operations ensuring food safety quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean safe and efficient kitchen environment
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure speed accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct line checks and pre-shift meetings to align team expectations
  • Manage inventory food costs and supply ordering
  • Train and cross-train team members to build a versatile crew
  • Foster a culture of urgency accountability and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and allergy protocols
  • Hire train and manage kitchen staff in accordance with company policies
