Job Requirements
- Must have a valid state driver's license for a minimum of 1 year
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in an aviation or large facility environment
- Knowledge of airport security and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
