The Automotive Valet position at DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting daily dealership functions. This role requires a proactive individual who is responsible for managing vehicle lanes and performing various errands to ensure smooth vehicle flow. Automotive Valets greet customers warmly and assist them in parking and retrieving their vehicles, contributing to a seamless service visit experience. The position also involves assisting service advisors and technicians by transporting client vehicles to and from the service shop, helping with service write-ups, and facilitating shuttle services for customers when requested.

In addition to customer-facing duties, the Automotiv Valet maintains the cleanliness and safety of the service area, including tasking such as garbage removal and clearing debris, ice, or snow from driveways and walkways. This role necessitates a strong commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct, as well as compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 30 pounds. While detailing experience and the ability to operate manual vehicles are considered pluses, they are not required.
