We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Shop Manager to join our team. This is an excellent career opportunity for someone ready to lead and inspire a team while driving the overall performance of the shop. The Shop Manager will assume accountability for all operational and financial aspects of the store. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense management, human resource management, and maintaining strict control of operating costs and inventory shrinkage. The role requires a proactive leader who can set clear business goals, implement strategies to achieve them, and maintain superior guest service standards throughout the operation. Importantly, the Shop Manager will foster a welcoming and supportive customer experience, manage staff performance and development, and uphold compliance with company policies.

This position offers incredible earning potential, providing the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, and additional incentives. The Shop Manager will lead efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and managing service callbacks. They will address escalated customer concerns to maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Managing and motivating a skilled team is central to the role, including conducting regular employee meetings, training sessions, goal setting, and employee evaluations to foster continuous improvement. This manager will optimize business performance by analyzing sales trends and implementing initiatives to maximize profitability while maintaining rigorous control over store assets and inventory. Facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance are also critical, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and safe conditions for employees.
