Reynolds and Reynolds is currently seeking experienced automotive sales and F&I professionals to join their consulting team as Automotive Sales Managers. This is a high-travel role that involves extensive travel with overnight hotel stays up to five nights per week, every week, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy dynamic work environments and are willing to be on the road frequently. The primary responsibility of the Automotive Sales Manager is to cultivate professional relationships with customers by engaging closely with dealership personnel to identify critical problem areas. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of automotive dealership experience in sales or management roles
  • Willingness to travel extensively up to 5 nights per week
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years
  • Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of automotive dealership experience
  • Experience in sales, sales management, internet sales management, or F&I management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Proficient with video conferencing technology
