The role of Dealership Lot Attendant / Porter at Tempe Kia is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $16 to $19 per hour. This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no weekend work, making it an appealing schedule for candidates who prioritize work-life balance. The primary responsibility for this role is to support the busy Service Department by managing the organization, staging, and proper positioning of customer and inventory vehicles. Job Duties

  • Move and organize customer and inventory vehicles within the service area
  • stage vehicles for technicians to maintain efficient workflow
  • assist with service drive flow and vehicle check-in support
  • keep the service lane, lot, and parking areas clean and organized
  • shuttle vehicles as needed between service, sales, and overflow areas
  • support advisors and technicians with day-to-day operational needs
